Online Method Of Shipment:
General Ecology Inc. Online Store ships all products by a carrier chosen by General Ecology, Inc. The choices for the online store are Federal Express or UPS to a US or Canadian address. All packages are insured and traceable F.O.B. Exton, PA. Standard delivery is by ground where available. Standard delivery is 5-10 business days from receipt of order of any in stock items* Duties and taxes are applicable to Canadian orders and will be billed directly by Federal Express or UPS. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipment to a PO Box, APO or FPO address is not available online, please contact General Ecology, Inc. to place an off-line order.

* We note that orders received after 12:00 p.m. (ET) or on any non-business day (holidays, weekends) will be processed for shipment the next business day.

Please note off-line orders are on a separate shipping rate schedule based on product ordered and customer locale.
